Count operation is simple - Place a sample count on the scale (say 10 like pieces) - key in how many pieces - it automatically determines the item weight and is ready to Count your inventory. Now add any quantity and it will display the number of pieces.

 Some companies have integrated a bar code scanner to increase accuracy by scanning inventory bar codes.

What capacity Scale do I need? COUNTING SCALE Digi Scale - A general rule is the higher capacity Scales
will be less accurate on small items.  IE Don't use a 60lb.
capacity scale to count Paper clips and expect 100%
accuracy. 

 

I have to count small and large items do I need two Scales?
